Galerius, as Caesar, 293-305. Quinarius (Silvered bronze, 16 mm, 2.06 g, 11 h), Rome, 293-294. MA[X]IMIANVS NOB CAES Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Galerius to right. Rev. PRINCIPI IVVENTVT Galerius, as prince of the youth, standing left in military attire, holding standard in his right hand and long scepter with his left. Cohen 173. King 54d (same dies). RIC 711. Very rare and in unusually nice condition for this issue. A sharply struck example with light silvering. Extremely fine.
